About
Founder Profile
I build things. Not for fun—though it is. Not for clout—there are easier ways. I build because real problems exist and most solutions are mediocre. I'd rather fix that than complain about it.
My work spans software, business operations, brand, and consulting—but the thread connecting all of it is the same: identify the problem, design the system, execute the solution, measure the outcome.
I run EGCSU as a clothing brand built on discipline and identity. I operate GXD Consulting to help businesses fix what's broken and scale what works. I'm building a portfolio of SaaS products targeting real industries—property management, permitting, analytics, financial automation.
I think in systems, not features. I measure in outcomes, not output. And I don't ship anything I wouldn't use myself.
How I Operate
Principles, Not Platitudes
Execution Over Ideas
Ideas are free. Execution is everything. I don't pitch decks—I ship products.
Systems Over Heroics
If it depends on one person working overtime, it's not a business. It's a liability. I build systems that run.
Honest Evaluation
I tell you what's broken, not what you want to hear. Sugar-coating doesn't scale.
Speed With Intention
Move fast, but know where you're going. Velocity without direction is just expensive chaos.
Build to Operate
Everything I build is designed to run under real conditions—real users, real data, real constraints.
Ownership
I own the outcome. If it breaks, I fix it. If it fails, I learn from it. No finger-pointing.
Background
The short version.
I've been building software and businesses for years. Not in a “I read about startups on Twitter” way—in a “I shipped, it broke, I fixed it, I shipped again” way.
My technical background covers full-stack development, AI/ML, systems architecture, and data engineering. My business background covers brand building, operations, consulting, and growth strategy.
I don't separate the two. The best operators understand both the code and the customer. That's where I operate.
Want to work together?
I'm always open to conversations with serious people building serious things.
